The Peninsula offers a dynamic experience both inside and outside of the home. We invite you to join an active community that has been recognized nationally for its devotion to consistently entertain and please its guests.

With the activities being managed by Troon Golf® we're confident you'll find joy in familiar and new activities. To keep track of it all, we have provided an online calendar that is regularly updated.

Our members recieve The Peninsula Tide community Newsletter which notifies them of other Peninsula activities, events, and news. We have provided it online for our future guests to also enjoy.

The Peninsula has been recognized and awarded by several national organizations. Our awards include environmental, golf course, and home design. This has made us one of the most highly awarded communities on the East Coast.
