I was born and raised in “lower-slower” Delaware and I grew up vacationing and boating with my parents on Indian River, Rehoboth Bay and Lewes. Needless to say, I think this area is one of the most beautiful places on Earth! My 3 wonderful, grown children, Ryan, Jaime and Ra’chel, live close in DE and MD. The 4 precious grandchildren are a total joy, as all grandparents say! My sister and her husband also live in MD and we are very close. So, when we have families choosing to move to DE to be closer to their family, I certainly understand why. From picnics to mud-runs, there is nothing more important than making memories with your family! In the late 70’s I got my Real Estate license for the first time but with the crazy interest rates back in those days, I decided to open my own marketing company that delivered welcome baskets to the new moving families. We serviced 20 communities in DE & MD and were successful for 15 years that allowed me to work from home so I could attend most every event my children were a part of. Then in 2000, I got my Real Estate License for the 2nd time and have been working in the industry ever since. I enjoy the process of helping people look at houses and end up finding their new home. For fun, I am a writer, colorist, watercolor artist and do watercolor journaling. I also love to tackle any decorating or re-modeling project. Give me a day kayaking or biking in nature and it is bound to be a good day!

Born and raised in Delaware and growing up on the Delaware beaches, I am proud to call this home. Over the years I have worn many hats, from emergency medicine to building Zeppelin airships. In 2002 I decided to join the family business “Real Estate”. My mother, father, sister and soon my wife are all agents. I love working with buyers to find the place they will call home, the place where all there best memories are made. I’m looking forward to helping you find your dream home here at The Peninsula.
Director of Management & Operations
Tabitha, originally from Wilmington, has lived in the Sussex County area for over 20 years. She started her career in the real estate department of a local law firm, specializing in the preparation of documents for settlements. In 2003, Tabitha was the first employee to join The Peninsula - hired by the original developer as Operations Manager. Throughout her career with The Peninsula, Tabitha has become the "face" of The Peninsula, wearing the hats of Office Manager, Settlement Coordinator, and Operations Manager. Her vast, in-depth knowledge of the community, its' history, and its' homeowners has enabled her to expand her roles in all aspects of the operations. In addition to her work in the Operations office of The Peninsula, Tabitha also serves as the Vice-President and Treasurer of The Peninsula Community Association, as well as the Vice-President of the Architectural Review Committee.
Director of Development & Infrastructure
While being born and raised in Sussex County, Kim has lived in various parts of the country and the world to further her education. Kim decided in 2002 to move back to Delaware to be closer to her family. In the early part of 2004, Kim started at The Peninsula as its' first Concierge. Throughout the years, Kim has had the opportunity to learn about the art of selling real estate, the settlement processes, how to use technology as a marketing tool, and the "ins & outs" of land development and infrastructure. Over the years, Kim has had the exciting chance to see The Peninsula's homeowners through the entire selling process, from contract writing, to construction, to settlement, and finally to becoming Peninsula homeowners. In addition to working on the land development side of The Peninsula, Kim also uses her "tech knowledge" to enhance the marketing of The Peninsula by ways of social media and other forms of technology. Aside from working on the Development end of The Peninsula, Kim also serves on the Board of Directors for both the Peninsula Community Association and the Marina Bay Townhouse Condo Association and is a committee member for the Peninsula Architectural Review Committee. Outside of The Peninsula, Kim enjoys relaxing with her family and friends, especially her husband, Tony, and daughter, Mikayla.
