As you will see below, we have a wide variety of homes available through our rental program – beautiful condos overlooking the golf course; spacious townhomes with gorgeous views; magnificent villas just perfect for entertaining; and a custom home made for sharing with family and friends.

The Peninsula is the perfect vacation destination offering resort amenities such as a private Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course; a wave lagoon with a sandy beach area; an indoor pool; an outdoor (adults only) pool; state-of-the-art fitness center; the Calmwater Spa; tennis courts; bay beach; fishing pier; and so much more. You’ll park your car and never want to leave!

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, there is a one week minimum rental with either Friday or Saturday arrivals and departures. After Labor Day we do offer three day/four night Weekend and Golf Getaway packages.
